It sings in chorus with black cherry, forest floor, white pepper, grilled rosemary, and a whisper of orange blossom that lingers into eternity. 100% whole cluster fermentation with 50 days on skins. Followed by 21 months barrel-aged on lees in 30% new French oak puncheons.
